The work continues. Begin with nine minutes of stillness, then move into Module 03 when you're ready.
"Master your internal world to create your external world."
Future-self rehearsal isn't visualization. It's relocation — moving the centre of gravity from who you've been to who you already are.
There are two ways to relate to the version of you who already has the life you want.
The first is to treat her like a destination — somewhere out there, ahead of you, waiting at the end of the work. This is the familiar one. It keeps you in motion, but it also keeps her at arm's length. You are always becoming her; you are never her.
The second is to treat her like a reference point — a place you can return to at will. Not a someday but a stance, available to you in any moment you choose to take it.
The version of you who already has it doesn't argue with strangers online. She doesn't even open the app.
Future-self integration is the practice of moving your centre of gravity from the first relationship to the second. We will do this in three movements over today's lesson, and then in the prompt below.
"The version of me who already has it
would not be doing what I am doing right now. She would be doing _______."
Don't edit yourself. Let her finish the sentence. This is identity calibration, not homework.
